Below is a list of some of the projects that Centrepoint Consulting Engineers have delivered successfully over the last two years. Our scope included producing detailed design and construction information for all external works including roads, external levels, pavement, foul and surface water drainage and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) such as ponds, swales, permeable paving, below ground attenuation tanks, roof/podium attenuation etc. In addition, we were responsible for securing technical approvals from all the relevant Local Authorities and Building Control for all these works.

HIGHWAYS
Centrepoint Consulting Engineers have successfully delivered the detailed design of a 3-arm new traffic signalised junction and main access road for a new housing development. Our scope included producing detailed design and construction information for the road layout, drainage, pavement levels and setting out of a 3arm traffic signalised junction on a 30mph public highway including shared footway/cycleway facilities and toucan crossings, and the main access road to the new development. We successfully coordinated the design with the traffic signals design and street lighting, arranged the Stage 1 & 2 Road Safety Audit and provided the designer’s response.
EDUCATIONAL
Centrepoint Consulting Engineers have recently been appointed to provide the civil engineering design for the extension of the campus of one of the universities in the UK. The scope of works includes the detailed design of the roads layout, pavement, levels, earthworks, drainage and SuDS for this significant development.
